We can notarize a wide range of documents, including but not limited to affidavits, power of attorney forms, real estate documents, loan documents, and wills. However, we cannot notarize certain documents like vital records or I-9 forms.
Our fees include a base rate determined by appointment location plus $15.00 for each signature.
You'll need to present a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID card. Some documents may require additional forms of identification.
